• Implementation of Answers On Demand (AOD) Point-of-Sale and Meals/Point-of-Sale Processing software at Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC’s). Implementation responsibilities include determining clients’ specific POS requirements, setting up POS databases and menus, installation of software, and training clients’ Dining Services and Accounting personnel and other POS users on the use of the software as well as on-going database maintenance.
  
• Provide post-implementation telephone and email support to POS client base, including problem determination using remote access tools, and remote installation of software updates.
